ADMISSIONS

Holy Family Regional Catholic School serves students in Pre-Kindergarten (three- and four-year-old programs) through Grade 8 from the parishes of Immaculate Conception in Levittown, Queen of the Universe in Levittown, St. Frances Cabrini in Fairless Hills, and St. Joseph the Worker in Fallsington, all located within the Bucks County Vicariate of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Holy Family adheres to the directives of the Office of Catholic Education with regard to admissions, giving preference in admission to Catholic students living within the parish boundaries of the four sponsoring parishes.

Visiting Holy Family
We strongly encourage all parents who are considering enrolling their child/ren at Holy Family to schedule a school visit. Please contact Melissa Amour, Admissions and Communications Director, at 215-269-9600 or melissa.amour@hfrcs.org to make arrangements to tour our school, meet with staff, and learn more about how Holy Family can best serve your family's needs. Holy Family also conducts several Open Houses from January through August to give interested families an opportunity to explore our campus and meet with Principal John Mundy, our teachers, staff and families in a casual setting. These events are advertised on our website and in the Bucks County Courier Times and other community newspapers.

Admissions Process
Applications for Admission to Holy Family are now being accepted for the 2012-2013 school year. Applications for Admission must be submitted according to the following guidelines. Please note that submitting an application is not a guarantee of acceptance, as space at Holy Family is limited. However, we do maintain a waiting list and will do our best to accommodate your family.

1. Fill out an Application for Admission for each child to be enrolled.
2. Provide the following required documents for each child to be enrolled:
   • Letter from Pastor Indicating Family's Membership in Good Standing at Parish (Catholic applicants only)
   • Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate
   • Copy of the Child’s Baptismal Certificate
   • Copy of the Child’s Social Security Card
   • Child’s Immunization Record (MUST be from the doctor’s office)
3. Submit a required, non-refundable family registration fee. The registration fee schedule may be found at the bottom of the Tuition Rate Schedule.

Tuition
Tuition rates are released in January for the following school year. The most current tuition rates may be accessed here. Tuition assistance is available through parish-level programs, including SCRIP (Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph the Worker) and Pot of Gold (St. Frances Cabrini). For more information about any of these opportunities, please contact your parish via the links at the top of the page. Information about financial aid opportunities may be obtained through the Development Office.
