CARES INFORMATION

The Holy Family CARES program (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) is a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional before- and after-school child care programs. CARES is designed to help parents ensure that their child is in a safe, nurturing environment before and after school.

CARES Registration
All students attending CARES must be registered in advance. To register your child for CARES, please fill out the CARES Registration Form and return it with your $15 registration fee (cash or check made out to Holy Family Regional Catholic School) to the school office.

CARES Hours and Location
Before School: 7 a.m.-8 a.m.
After School: 2:50 p.m.-6 p.m.

CARES is held in the school cafeteria. Please drop off and pick up your child using the ramp entrance to the cafeteria, facing the church and parking lot.

CARES is available on half-days except for the day before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Please provide a lunch for your child on half-days.

CARES Fees
$4.00 per hour for the first child, $3.25 per hour for each additional child in the family. Fees include snack and juice in the afternoon. Each family will be billed monthly.

Inclement Weather/Emergencies

• In case of an early closing due to weather, the CARES program will be open for two hours after the early dismissal time.
• In case of a delay/late opening, the CARES morning program will not be available.
• In case of an emergency and someone other than yourself needs to pick up your child/children, please make sure you send in a note, or call the school at 215-269-9600 to notify us. The person picking up your child will need to show a driver’s license for identification purposes.
